Payment and shipping

The following conditions apply: Delivery takes place domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (49 of 52 provinces), Sweden.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including VAT) for domestic deliveries (Germany):

For orders over €35, shipping is free.

Deliveries abroad:

We charge shipping costs abroad of 11.95 €.

For orders over €69.95, we offer free shipping to other countries.

Delivery times: Unless otherwise specified in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within 2-3 business days within Germany, and within 5-7 business days for international deliveries after conclusion of the contract (if advance payment has been agreed, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item you ordered with the longest delivery time.
