Payment and shipping
The following conditions apply: Delivery is made domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (49 out of 52 provinces), Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.
Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.
Shipping costs (including statutory VAT) for deliveries within Germany: €2.95.
For orders over €50, we deliver free of charge within Germany.
International deliveries:
Delivery is tax-free in accordance with § 4 No. 1a UStG.
Any import duties and Swiss VAT are borne by the recipient.
Delivery times Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods will be delivered domestically (Germany) within 2-3 working days, and for international deliveries within 5-7 working days after conclusion of the contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the time of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in a single consignment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
