Payment and Shipping Information

The following conditions apply: Delivery is available domestically (Germany) and to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (49 of 52 provinces), Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK.

Shipping to German and foreign islands is excluded.

Shipping costs (including statutory VAT) for domestic deliveries (Germany): €2.95.

For orders over €50, we deliver free of charge within Germany.

International deliveries:

We charge international shipping costs of €7.95.

For orders over €80, we deliver free of charge internationally.

For deliveries to Switzerland, the German VAT is not deducted.
The delivery is tax-exempt according to § 4 No. 1a UStG.
Any import duties and Swiss VAT are borne by the recipient.

Delivery times Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, domestic deliveries (Germany) will take place within 2-3 working days, and international deliveries within 5-7 working days after conclusion of contract (in case of agreed prepayment, after the date of your payment instruction). Please note that no deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in a single shipment, unless we have made different arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.
