💡 What is MONKOKU?
MONKOKU is an independent fragrance brand and manufacturer of exclusive perfumes. Each creation is developed with the utmost care, produced in small batches, and combines modern fragrance craftsmanship with traditional craftsmanship—vegan, cruelty-free, and handmade.
🧴 What makes your perfumes special?
Our fragrances are characterized by luxurious raw materials, high fragrance oil concentrations, and intense charisma. Each perfume is a unique composition with character and depth – created to evoke emotions and emphasize individuality.
🌿 Are your perfumes vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes! All MONKOKU perfumes are 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We avoid animal-derived ingredients and work exclusively with raw material suppliers who do not conduct animal testing.
🕒 How long does your perfume last?
The high proportion of fragrance oil (extrait de parfum) makes our creations particularly intense. Depending on skin type, fragrance family, and application, they last 6 to 12 hours—often even longer.
📦 How long does shipping take?
We usually ship orders within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment.
Delivery within Germany takes 2–4 business days. After shipment, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
🌍 Do you also deliver abroad?
Yes, we also ship to selected EU countries. You can find the exact shipping conditions, delivery countries, and costs on our Shipping & Delivery page.
💳 What payment methods do you offer?
You can pay safely and conveniently at MONKOKU with:

- Klarna (invoice & instant bank transfer)

🔄 Can I return my perfume?
Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, only unopened and originally sealed products can be returned. Further details can be found under Cancellation & Returns.
🎁 Do you offer gift wrapping or samples?
We do not currently offer gift wrapping, but are working on exclusive options.
You can receive samples as part of special promotions – simply subscribe to our newsletter.
